How much is shipping?
$3 flat rate shipping. If your order is over $75, then we ship for free!
When do you get new items?
Weekly. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook to be the first to know when we get in new items.
When will you ship my order?
We will ship out new orders within 1-2 business days. Let us know over email if you have a question about your order.
What if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
I Shop Simply is not responsible for return shipping if you enter the wrong address during checkout. Please double check before you complete your order. This includes apartment numbers, zip codes, etc.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.

What if my item is not delivered or is lost in transit?
I Shop Simply is legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. Please ensure shipping confirmation details are kept securely in case further investigation is required.
What if my item is damaged?
If you receive an item that is broken please email us with a picture of the item. We will then explain the steps to shipping the product back and will refund you the full amount.
What is your return policy?
If you don't like what you ordered, you can return it within the first 15 days that the product was ordered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with the original packaging. Let us know that you're returning an item and we'll give you instructions.
You're responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive and take a look at your item, we'll send you an email to let you know we got it. If your return is approved, we'll refund you through your original method of payment.
What about sale items?
What if I just want to exchange my item for another color?
Send us an email to let us know what item you have and what color you want to exchange it for so we can check our stock. If we have it, we'll give you instructions on mailing your item back for an exchange.
